Return and refund policy

  • Product will be shipped within 24 hrs. During Festival season, Public holidays and Sale time there will be a slight delay in shipping.
  • All our products are shipped at 12.30 PM every day. All orders after this time will be shipped on the next day.
  • Customers have a 24-hour window to initiate a return in the event of sizing issues with the product. Replacement products of varying sizes will be sent out depending on stock availability; otherwise, a refund will be initiated. It is important to note that returns will only be accepted if the helmet and apparel remain unused, and the visor film, as well as other tags, remain intact.
  • We have partnered with DTDC, India Post and Professional Couriers to ship the product to you. Door to door delivery of products will depend on the service area of the above mentioned partner. 
  • In case you want to choose the courier option, call or Whatsapp our customer service at +91 94468 33337 with your order ID right after you place your order. You can also add order notes while purchasing. 
  • In cases of non-availability of door delivery, you might have to collect the product from the nearest deliverable area. The courier partner will get in touch with you regarding the same.
  • The delivery of the product depends on the delivery capacity of our third party partner. We will not be held responsible for any delays from their side.
  • Any new terms pertaining to our retail store will be updated on our website, and these terms will apply uniformly to all our customers
