Cancellation Policy

  1. Cancellation by Ignite Street : There may be certain orders that Ignite Street is unable to accept and must cancel. Ignite Street reserves the right, at Ignite Street’s sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any order for any reason whatsoever. Some situations that may result in Your order being cancelled include, without limitation, non-availability of the product or quantities ordered by You, non-availability of the service, inaccuracies or errors in pricing information, or problems identified by Ignite Street. Ignite Street may also require additional verifications or information before accepting any order. Ignite Street will contact You if all or any portion of Your order is cancelled or if additional information is required to accept Your order. If Your order is cancelled after Your credit card has been charged, the said amount will be reversed back in Your account. A promo code, once used shall not be refunded in case of cancellation of order either by Customer or Ignite Street.
  2. Cancellation by the User: In case of requests for order cancellations, Ignite Street reserves the right to accept or reject requests for order cancellations for any reason whatsoever. As part of usual business practice, if Ignite Street receives a cancellation notice and the order has not been processed/ approved by Ignite Street, Ignite Street shall cancel the order and refund the entire amount to You within a reasonable period of time. Ignite Street will not be able to cancel orders that have already been processed. Ignite Street has the full right to decide whether an order has been processed or not. You agree not to dispute the decision made by Ignite Street and accept Ignite Street’s decision regarding the cancellation.
  3. Ignite Street reserves the right to cancel any orders that classify as 'Bulk Order' as determined by Ignite Street as per certain criteria. Any Promo Code used for placing the 'Bulk Order' will not be refunded as per this cancellation policy. An order can be classified as 'Bulk Order' if it meets with the below-mentioned criteria, which may not be exhaustive, viz:
    1. Products ordered are not for self-consumption but for commercial resale
    2. Multiple orders placed for the same product at the same address
    3. Bulk quantity of the same product ordered
    4. Invalid address given in order details
    5. Any malpractice used to place the order

Cancellation procedure

  • In case if you wish to cancel after you have placed an order on our website, please do so immediately.
  • However, once the order is processed by our warehouse, we cannot cancel the order. An order can be communicated to the warehouse for processing in as little as under half an hour, so act immediately. We reserve the complete right to decide whether the order is processed or not. 
  • There will be no cancellation on products ordered during a “sale”. A sale is any promotional sale that has offers or/and discounts.
  • In case you receive faulty/damaged products, please inform our customer service immediately. They will assist you on how to return and will initiate the refund/replacement after checking and verifying your claim.
